Artist's Statement
I have been drawing and painting since I was six years old. I have taken fine art classes in school and college but never a formal painting class. I do like to work in a variety of mediums such as acrylics, oil paints, conte, watercolor pencils, pen and ink. This is just a small sample of my portfolio. Most of these pieces were commissioned and have already been sold. I do this in my spare time now as I am a full time RN and am on call for emergency surgeries. I find that this relaxes me be it that I am painting straight from my imagination or from a photo someone has given me. I could not live without my art.
